Established in 2003, we welcome women of all ages and abilities into a supportive, sociable environment where fitness and friendships are gained. We provide for the needs of beginners to ultra marathon runners.
Coaches and Leaders
The Club has 3 members who are Coaches in Running Fitness (CiRF). Each session is led by a member of the coaching team.
Coaches meet monthly to plan sessions and feedback after every session.
Training sessions are varied and designed to give each runner progressive challenges to improve all areas of their running.
Routes are varied and the club offer opportunities to train on and off road.
